Refund policy

All products sold by UK Map Centre are digital downloads; map files delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed.

Consent to immediate supply

At checkout, you are asked to tick a box confirming: “For digital downloads: I consent to
immediate supply and acknowledge that by downloading I lose my 14-day right of
withdrawal.” By ticking that box and completing your order, you consent to the digital content being made available to you immediately and acknowledge that, once you begin the download, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost. This is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) 2011/83 and, for EU consumers, Directive (EU)  2023/2673.

Refunds before download

If you have placed an order but have not yet downloaded any of the files, you may request
a full refund within 14 days of your order date by contacting us using the contact form on the website. We will process the refund promptly using the same payment method you used, at no charge to you. Once a refund is issued your download access will be revoked.

No refund after download

Once you have started or completed a download, we are unable to issue a refund, as the
digital content has been supplied. We strongly recommend reviewing all product preview
images and descriptions before purchasing. If you have any questions about a map before
buying, please contact us via the website contact form or by phone during office hours.

Defective or incorrectly supplied products

If a file is damaged, defective, or does not match its description, your statutory rights are
unaffected regardless of whether the file has been downloaded. Please contact us and we
will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

These terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer. If any term is
held invalid under applicable law, it will be omitted to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the remainder.
